Founded by two dedicated women—one a Paediatric Occupational Therapist and the other a Firefighter and Physiotherapist—we are more than just fitness enthusiasts; we are mothers, professionals, and advocates for strong families. Our experiences as active mums, balancing the demands of fitness, family, and work, inspired us to create Fierce Phoenix. We wanted to build a brand that celebrates the strength of women, empowers them to shape the future of our children, and creates a community where everyone, regardless of background, can feel supported and inspired.
